Our specialized yoga and movement classes are designed to support you through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Prenatal classes help you build strength, ease discomfort, and prepare for birth. More than just a place to practice, our studio is a community where you can connect, feel supported, and move with confidence at every stage of motherhood. Please note that all classes require pre-registration.
Prenatal Flow
Our prenatal flow class is an all-level class designed for students to connect with their bodies intuitively. These classes consist of poses that will help students gain strength and flexibility, practice focusing the mind and breath in preparation for labor, and relieve common pregnancy pains.
Prenatal Strength
Our 60-minute strength training class is designed specifically for mothers-to-be, combining functional exercise, Pilates, and barre-inspired movements. With a focus on mobility, core control, and mindfulness, this class supports your perinatal journey by helping to prevent or repair diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction while strengthening the entire body.
Prenatal Rest & Restore
Our Rest and Restore class is a restorative yoga session tailored for pregnancy, focusing on relaxation, stress relief, and gentle stretching with modifications to support the unique needs of expectant mothers. Using props like bolsters and blankets, poses are designed to create space for the growing belly, avoid abdominal pressure, and alleviate common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain and swelling.
Prenatal Slow Flow
Our Prenatal Slow Flow class offers a gentle, Hatha-inspired practice designed to nurture your body and calm your mind. This class focuses on mindful transitions, intentional breathwork, and grounding postures to promote relaxation, ease tension, and support the physical changes of pregnancy.
Prenatal Power Flow
Our Prenatal Power Flow Yoga class offers a dynamic and energizing practice tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy. Combining the strength-building elements of Power Yoga with mindful modifications, this class supports endurance, flexibility, and stability while honoring your changing body.
