Yoga for Connection with Lindsey DiCello
Pregnancy is a time of profound change—physically, emotionally, and mentally. As you prepare for birth and motherhood, connecting with your body, breath, and baby can be a powerful tool for grounding and reassurance. This workshop will help you cultivate deeper awareness, relaxation, and trust in your body’s natural wisdom. You’ll create space for reflection, inner peace, and connection through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices.
What is the Yoga for Connection Workshop?
This 75-minute workshop is designed for expectant couples seeking to enhance their connection during pregnancy. Through partner-assisted movement, intentional breathwork, and guided meditation, we’ll explore how yoga can provide physical ease, emotional resilience, and greater unity as you prepare for birth together.
The session will begin with gentle, flowing movements to encourage breath awareness and mindful presence. We’ll then transition into partner-supported postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques designed to help couples work together to ease tension, cultivate trust, and deepen their connection. This class is a sanctuary for reflection, relaxation, and shared experience in a supportive community of other expecting couples.
