Our Infant CPR & Safety Workshop is designed to equip parents and caregivers with the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to respond confidently in critical moments.

What is the Infant CPR and Safety Workshop?

This 3-hour workshop provides essential training in infant CPR, choking relief, and home safety for newborns and young infants. Taught by a certified instructor, this class goes beyond the basics, offering practical demonstrations and guided practice to ensure you feel confident in applying these life-saving techniques.

The session will begin with an overview of infant safety, including common household hazards, safe sleep guidelines, and baby-proofing essentials. From there, we’ll move into hands-on CPR and choking relief training, where you’ll learn step-by-step responses for airway emergencies. The workshop concludes with a Q&A session, allowing you to address any specific concerns about infant health and safety.

This is more than just a safety class—it’s an opportunity to build confidence in your ability to protect and care for your baby in those crucial first months and beyond.
