Partner’s In Birth with Sarah Evans

A Workshop for Expecting Parents

Childbirth is not just a physical experience—it’s deeply connected to the mind and emotions. Understanding how movement, breath, and the presence of a supportive birth partner can enhance labor is key to feeling prepared and empowered. Whether you’re planning a natural birth, using medical interventions, or combining both, this workshop will provide practical tools for you and your partner to confidently navigate the birthing process.

What is the Partners in Birth Workshop?

This 2-hour workshop is designed to equip expectant mothers and their birth partners with essential techniques to support each stage of labor. Together, you’ll explore how breath, movement, and hands-on comfort measures can create a smoother and more intuitive birthing experience. The first part of the class will include a gentle movement practice to bring awareness to breath and pelvic alignment. From there, we’ll dive into labor support strategies, including evidence-based movement and positioning, hands-on techniques for partners, and guidance on creating a birth plan that aligns with your goals and values.

This workshop goes beyond basic childbirth education—it’s about deepening your connection to your body, your baby, and your birth support team. By understanding how to work with labor, rather than against it, you’ll feel more prepared, present, and at ease for the big day.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is ideal for pregnant mothers in their third trimester and their chosen birth partners—whether that’s a spouse, family member, friend, or doula. All expecting mothers, regardless of birth plan preferences, are welcome. This offering will be available every 2 to 3 months.

What You’ll Learn:
