A 60-minute, full-body strength training class for mothers-to-be. The movement style is rooted in functional exercise, Pilates, and barre methods, emphasizing mobility, safe core control, and mindfulness. You will learn how to move with confidence throughout your perinatal journey as you gain techniques to prevent and/or repair diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction while conditioning the full body.
