Our postnatal classes are designed to help women recover and regain strength after childbirth. We gently strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, relieve shoulder and neck tension, and promote relaxation. Our classes foster bonding with the newborn, improve mood and energy levels, and provide a supportive community for new mothers.

For vaginal births, you must wait until the bleeding has stopped (usually around 4 weeks).  For cesarean births, you must wait at least 6 weeks.  Always consult with your care provider before returning to yoga.

We respectfully ask that only postpartum parents attend Postnatal classes.
